You get a feel for the neighborhood, the curb appeal, and the layout of the house. A buyer will talk with their agent and get a feel for if they like this house for the amount of money its listed for. So the offer is put in and accepted. Yes!! But wait....
How does the foundation look? How old is the furnace? Is there any plumbing or electrical issues? What’s in the attic? Is there any upcoming repairs we should be expecting? Any major concerns we should be aware of? |
These are all important questions that are not known during a showing but can be answered with a home inspection. When we perform your home inspection, our goal is to bring to your attention material defects that can 1) Cost you money or 2) Pose a safety risk.

A comprehensive report of all these systems will identify these defects will be provided to you shortly after the inspection.
Our inspections typically last 4 hours. 3 hours of us inspecting the home and the last hour is used as an inspection summary where you come and we summarize our findings with you. |
